How to use:

Wash your body with soap and rinse thoroughly in highest temperature that you can tolerate.
Wet the kese after rinsing is over, then apply kese to your skin that has softened with hot water.
After applying the kese, clean and rinse your body with soap again with cold or room temperature water.
